Message: Good for college students to stay in State College for career fair. Other places are expensive. It's at a good location to enjoy nightlife. Not clean and neat but other places are so expensive students have no option but this.

Message: The rooms were super cheap, and what you pay is what you get. The area looked really sketchy, and the rooms looked very run down and old. The bathroom door didn't close all the way. Overall, not great, but at least it was cheap.

Message: I arrived at 3 pm and they were all ready for me. The desk service was very nice and attentive got my room key quickly. The room was very clean and a good size too for the price. Overall it was a very good experience and would go there again.

Message: Great, clean, simple hotel room. Very close to the nightlife of State College and at a great value! Friendly staff, too. Really the perfect place to stay, I'd definitely go back!

Message: You know, a lot of people are complaining about this place, but you have to look at it like this: the location is a steal. Personally when I come back for football games, b/w weekend, and any other events, this is my first choice. You're only in the room for a minimal amount of hours. For a person coming to tailgate and hang out, this is key location to all the bars and memorabilia you could ask for. It's not the place for a family to be staying, but more so for those just looking for a place to crash.
