Message: I don’t normally leave reviews but felt compelled to after a full week of having breakfast here. Breakfast staff is great! Specifically Tabatha. She is very friendly and helpful and you can tell she cares about the guests. She goes out of her way to speak to everyone and makes sure their needs are being met. Thank you Tabatha ❤️.

Message: I was a little worried about staying here because of some of the reviews I read, but I had a great experience. The people at the front desk were exceptionally pleasant. My room was clean and typical. I had a business meeting in the lobby and gentleman offered to turn down the music for us. It's that level of customer service that makes a difference. I would stay here again and will because I will be in town for the next four months!

Message: My Special Needs son & I visited Pottstown, PA about a week ago, we stayed a week there. Our main reason was to visit The National Center For Padre Pio, and we threw in some extras like The Hershey Chocolate World, Sesame Street Theme Park, some shopping at The Philadelphia Premium Outlets. The staff there are SUPER FRIENDLY, the beds are comfy. The breakfast was delicious, always a change up in menu. We felt like family there. Gina, the manager it was an honor staying and a Blessed conversation with you. Thank you for hugs & welcome. I PRAY we go back again & stay with you. Stefan thank you for helping us with our luggage. Message: I’d like to recognize Gina, Julie and the entire Fairfield Team in Pottstown Pa on Shoemaker Road. Alone in the hotel on a work day these exceptionally amazing individuals learned it was my birthday (May 2023) and turned what was an average business day into a fun filled, special birthday. How very thoughtful.. Long gone are the days when hospitality reaches the heights of. thoughtfulness.. This is not my first stay at the Fairfield by Marriott each visit I was provided a clean room, quality service along with warm and friendly smiles.. Thank you for being exceptional.

Message: We stay here frequently when coming to visit family. The entire staff is always friendly, they provide a hot continental breakfast, and the rooms are clean. On our last stay, we met Emily. She was brand new to the cleaning staff, very kind, and a hard worker. She did a great job on both of our rooms.

Message: Clean rooms, friendly people and staff, and prompt service. We stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and the staff and location made our stay worth it. There are many amenities nearby and several attractions within driving distance.

Message: We stayed here for one night while in the area to visit family. It felt like a very nice, newer hotel. Everything was clean, and we had a wonderful stay—this was our favorite hotel of the 5 we stayed in on this trip! The hot chocolate available anytime in the lobby was such a nice touch—we loved that! It was delicious and perfect on the cold, rainy day. We also loved the option to sign into our streaming services on the TV.
