TownePlace Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Horsham

Message: Overall, the stay was very nice. The service staff was sweet and accommodating when our air went out. However, the pictures of the room were very different than the hotel website (maybe in the middle of a renovation?). The rooms seemed as if they needed some updating as do the hallways of the hotel. Great option for a room with two groups of people.

Message: It is a nice place to spend a weekend with family or a spouse. Nearby plenty locations to shop or shop for food plus decent restaurants in the area. It's a nice drive from NJ nice scenery if you like country and / or farm land.

Message: Location is nice. quiet area nearby some restaurants and a great bagel place. The staff is pretty friendly. However, I take issue with the room. I have never dealt with ants in a hotel room, even with food left out. I did not finish my granola bar on night, and by the next morning there were a hundred ants on the side table. Secondly, the bathroom door was horrendously squeaky. Using the bathroom at night, I didn't close the door, because I didn't want to wake my son. Lastly, (this is only partially their fault) they assigned ppl with dogs next to us. The owners left the two small dogs alone for several hours. The dogs literally barked for 3 hours straight while many were trying to get some sleep. The front desk did their best to contact the owner ASAP. But what I feel is that they should be assigned rooms further away from those w/o dogs, or strict policy that pets cannot be left unattended for more than hour.

Message: Shoutout to the entire staff. They really made us feel at home during our stay. Very clean room as well. Can't remember everyone's names there, but they were all wonderful. I think one named Jackie? -she was very helpful. The younger folks at the front desk were also very kind. Everything was clean and modern. One thing I'd recommend - for the older guests - it is hard to read the labels on the bottled shampoo/conditioner/body wash. It's a very light colored label w/light colored lettering. Maybe put additional labels on the containers? Also the rooms are very quiet. No sounds of doors slamming, etc.

Message: While staff was friendly, the room had a musty odor, and there was no trash can in the room. Although it looks recently remodeled, the building itself is old. However, the mattress and pillow was very comfortable.

Message: I decided to stay a little farther from Sesame Place because this hotel offered a 2 bedroom suite for the same price as closer hotels and I am so glad I did! The room was clean, fresh and upgraded and there was plenty of room for myself, mother and daughter! The staff was pleasant and the coffee was delicious! Very pleased!
